Job summary/Role description
|
Human Resources Specialist support HR Manager and
plays a key role in managing core HR operations, including compensation and
generalist HR activities.
This position acts as the main point of contact for
both employees and management on HR-related matters, with a strong emphasis
on compensation processes, employee relations, and policy implementation. The
role involves providing HR support to remote project sites.

Duties and responsibilities
|
- Support the HR Manager in overseeing day today HR operations to ensure
seamless workflow and ensure seamless workflow and employee support.
- Administer compensation related
activities.
- Maintain employee records
and ensure all documentation complies with legal and internal standards.
- Implement and manage
onboarding systems and offboarding processes.
- Contribute to recruitment
and selection coordination in line with workforce planning needs.
- Provide full lifecycle HR
support including performance management, rewards, people development,
and employee wellbeing.
- Assist with employee
relations issues, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions,
redundancies, and sick leave cases.
- Oversee visa processing and
ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
- Manage logistics for
employee mobilization, including transportation and accommodation
arrangements.

Person Specification
|
Knowledge & Qualifications
|
- A university degree in HR discipline or related field.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices,
including payroll processing and reward systems.
- In depth knowledge of UAE Labour
Law.
- Proficiency in generalist
HR functions including employee lifecycle management,
onboarding/offboarding and HR compliance.
- CIPD certification
(preferred) or equivalent HR qualification.

Experience
|
- Proven HR generalist experience with demonstrated knowledge in compensation
and benefits administration, payroll coordination and employee
relations.
- Minimum of 10 years’
experience in the Human Resources field, including hands-on involvement in
the full employee lifecycle.
- Prior experience in
international and matrixed organizational environments is essential,
with the ability to adapt HR practices across multiple geographies.
